Doug, I am teaching Dewitt ka2ilj how to repair this old stuff. I perked his 
interest when I got an old ht-40 working and then it's mate an sx-140. he 
got a kick out of using the old novice station. he was amazed how well he 
can be heard with just a few watts of carrier.

Yes it is fun getting this old stuff working, however showing others how to 
do it is great also.

I guess I should have stated it a little differently the first time.
