[Hallicrafters] Hunter's FPM-300

I put Hunter's FPM-300 on the bench, and after "fabricating" a power cord
(he left his in the office), it was brought it up slowly on the Variac.  No
lights until I added the final jumper on the power-jack.  After indexing the
bandswitches to the correct positions for BOTH, due to the totalled
drive-belt, and peaking the preselector, it came to life.  Good receive on
all bands, and output from the driver.  A tiny bit of intermittancy due to
loose PC board hold-down screws (fixed), and the contact-points of the
tuning cap.  I tightened the screws and used a few tiny drops from my
dwindling supply of CRAMOLIN on the section brushes of the cap, and I think
we have a winner.
