[Hallicrafters] Book suggestion

The book "The history of US Electronic Warfare" by Alfred Price (1984) 
is an interesting chronology of the development of US electronics from 
the years of innovation-beginnings to 1946.  The development of radar 
was the driving force during WWII but the reception of intelligence 
signals (ELINT program) is covered in the book.  The Hallicrafters S-27 
played a significant role as did the SX-28 in these activities.  There 
is an interesting photograph in the book showing a SX-28 in a B-24 as 
well as showing the S-27 in an aircraft.  I can email you a .pdf copy
