The fact that it is happening in *all* of those
radios demands a look at the cause in addition
to the specific failure.
Have you checked your line voltage? I wonder if
it is running high. Those rigs were designed when
the line voltage tended to be lower -- if your local
line voltage is high (or contains frequent spikes)
it could be that the voltage stress may have harmed
the same weak point in all of them.
Just speculating ... everyone on this list is
more knowledgeable than am I! :-)
