[Hallicrafters] SX-101 (early) dial glass scan

The SX-101 had 160 meters and shared 11meters with 10 meters in a 
single, very wide band.  The SX-101A did away with 160m and 11m and 
added a scale for 6m and 2m, which really tuned the 30+ MHz range and 
were for use with Hallicrafters band converters - so the dials are quite 
different.  I've sent Radio Daze a query, however.
