Wow...Continental Burger! If it is the place I am
thinking of, on, I believe, Fair Oaks in
Pasadena...haven't been there in 20 years, but I sure
hope it is still in business! Best hamburgers in the
world (even better than Fuddruckers), and a great
selection of beers. Sometimes they also had belly
dancers.
As for the receiver, I think a nice black with a
subtle gold metalflake and gold nomenclature would
look really nice. Black dials, silkscreened with
glow-in-the-dark lettering, and lit with a uv filter
over the lamps, kinda like the 1949 Fords used. Been
thinking of this combination for an old S-20R parts
unit I have...
