Peter, I have shipped paint for the studios all over the world up until 
5 years ago with no problems. I let my IATA HAZ MAT Certification 
expire. In AU there may be problems. UPS FED EX DHL all should be able 
to handle it. Check QANTAS HAZ MAT Dept. in AU.
I am sorry but I no longer have the current regs on it. For a quart or 
so it should be no problem Go TO http://www.iata.org/index.htm and check 
on Services and Events on Dangerous goods and check there for ORM 
numbers. Try the search engines.
