I have seen 850kv lines only 50 feet above ground. Of course, this was in a
typical generating substation just prior to connecting into the grid.
Depends on a lot of factors.

They can be well over 100 feet tall for the 138 KV and
276 KV lines. Remember that the "rule of thumb" is
for 10% of the length of the pole plus 3 feet in the
ground.
When I was employed by TXU (electric company for about
half the State of Texas) there were poles as long as
120 feet stored at major service centers. Now most
poles were in the 50 feet to 80 feet range. But,
longer poles definitely were available as well as
shorter poles for specific use.
