[Hallicrafters] Tower height

It's all relative to what you are used to. I can't give specific heights as 
they seem to vary a lot, at least around here.

I'd guess the medium voltage distribution line by here is on the order of 40 
feet or maybe slightly more. I'm looking straight over at the power line 
when I'm less than half way up my tower.

that run across my fields over by Breckenridge appear to be between 60 and 
80 feet. Over there we had a maximum span from the power line to our pole in 
the back yard. That pole had to be 60 feet or more. After the big ice storm 
back in the 70's they had to reset the pole. The power line was drooping to 
about chin height between our pole and the distribution line.
