[Hallicrafters] SR-150 Help Needed

Hello

Recently acquired my first piece of Hallicrafters
equipment and need some guidance. I'm only 
measuring 1 Watt output on all bands. I replaced
the finals with no luck. I don't have any spares
tubes associated with the transmitter section for
substitution. All resistance and voltage readings
in the transmitter chain appear to be OK. I'm
leaning towards the possibility of a bad tube.
Perhaps the 12BY7A? Any help would be appreciated.
