[Hallicrafters] Another Bill Halligan picture

The November 1963 CQ magazine has a picture of Bill Halligan on page 93 in
the old Sideband Column.  Bill is shown with Trav Marshall, K9EBE and
Domenico Petti, I1CNS chief op at HV1CN (the Vatican amateur radio station).
Hallicrafters donated a complete station (SX-101, HT-32, and HT-33) in 1961
which was later updated to a HT-32B and SX-115.

While looking at the November 1963 CQ look at the wonderful section on Tools
and Workshop material written by Wilfred M. Scherer, W2AEF (SK now) the long
time CQ Techical editor.  Good stuff even today!
