As I have said before my trouble shooting is very much lacking so I'll ask here.

I have just finished re-capping my sx101a and 'am trying to follow the three articles in ER to do a further tune up. Problem is that for some reason my crystal oscillator has stopped working. The 6AU6 tests good and I have tried another crystal tube but still no tone. One thing I did notice is that when I turn on the switch the audio from the speaker gets louder.

Anyone give me some guidance trouble shooting this problem.
