I couldn't agree more .Many fail to realize that  it was Hertz's "accidental 
" discovery that gave birth to Radio and Ham  communication.He finally proved 
that James Clerk Maxwell was right ,and that  electromagnetic waves can be 
generated in a laboratory envirnoment." amps  meaured in amps" !! Boy it doesn't 
get any better than this .
