[Hallicrafters] vibrator how it works

Hi Gary;
 
You measure amps in amps, you measure volts in volts. you measure ohms in
ohms. you measure frequency in Hertz.  I have a voltmeter, an ammeter and
an ohmmeter. I have never seen a Hertzmeter, have you?  Do you see the
difference?
