The 4D32 and 832 are definitely not the same tube. 
The 4D32 is a tetrode most commonly known for its use
in the Johnson Viking 1 transmitter.  The 832 is a
dual VHF tetrode, very small plate dissipation (15-20
watts?), found in the old SCR-522 and VHF ARC-5
transmitters; it has 2 of everything except the screen
is common to both sections.
