Agree, based upon a report from a reliable friend.  His most usual 
problems seem to be extreme slowness and a near total lack of 
communication after being paid.  Just don't show up at his door 
complaining.  He also deals in firearms, with a similarly inconsistent 
reputation.  Send a lawyer to complain.  Let the lawyer get shot.
