....Dr. Mausumi Dikpati research scientist at the National Center for 
Atmospheric Research in Boulder, Colorado. She is one of only six people who sit on 
the board of NASA's solar cycle predictions panel. Dr. Dikpati's announcement 
of Cycle 24 to be as much as 50% stronger than Cycle 23 caught the attention of 
every professional and amateur solar scientist in the world.
