[Hallicrafters] Hallicrafters DD-1 existing?

Here's some nebulous information which is all I can provide.

Back in October or November 1999 I made a trip into Long Island to
pick up my HT-32 and SX-101A.   The fellow had quite a nice collection
in his basement, one of which was a DD-1.   He told me it was sold and
headed for Europe.

Can't remember any details, but I recall his wife's name was Barbara.
Maybe this will job someone's memory.
