It's called 'flooding the market', Charlie. Even with the Collins
gear, much of it was made in quantity. Buyer education has no doubt
helped. Imagine the newbie who had to have that S-38 and paid big
money, only to find a better one at a hamfest or yard sale for $35.

Ebay has indeed kept a lot of stuff from going to the trash, even
though some of it should have gone anyway.
