Darryl,

You have to go all the way back to the November 1955 QST article by W5DWT.
I have mot read the article in 45+ years but I am betting its for a low
power driver such as the Central Electronics 10B or 20A.   This put the
final in AB1.  You probably want to set up the amp in AB2 for 100 watts.

It can be dome but as W5DWT found way back you need to fix it for TVI or as
we say today harmonics.
