[Hallicrafters] Silver mica measurements

Well....I dunno then...these caps were out of a 516F-2 and were at least 44
years old....the original caps with the Collins part #s.
Hmmmm....now that I think about it some more, the voltage rating of those
caps were probably outside the range of the meter which would probably slew
the readings.

Hi Dave,
    I dunno about your meter, but mine sure can tell the difference.  It's
a Dick Smith, too.  Have used it often, for about 4 yrs.
