[Hallicrafters] Silver mica measurements

Hi Al.....I have one of those 'Dick Smith' kit ESR meters I built and I have
tested many large caps that were leaking that stinking bug juice......the
caps had the pop tops blown out.....I know they were bad...real bad.
I used that ESR thingie to compare with new caps the same printed value and
there was darn little difference.....so just change all the caps and don't
bother testing them.

Hi folks,
You can test electrolytics in circuit with an ESR meter, but most
smaller ones will have to have an end lifted.
