But, but...
Do I remember correctly the story that the HT-4 was subjected to some
military type tests such as vibration, shock and humidity and the like, and
that led to a complete redesign of at least the mechanical aspects of the
thing?
I think it was the Hallicrafters videos that were offered on this list
quite a while ago that extolled the wonderful upgrades to the case and such
to meet the military conditions.
