Solved the low output power issue on 15/10 meters with the HT-37. The 15 & 10 meter heterodyne oscillator crystals were weak. Had a spare set to install. Checked the osc freq with a scope and all is well!. Did a little more tweaking to the other bands and now the HT-37 has the following output in CW mode: 80m=100 watts, 40m=95 watts, 20m=90 watts, 15m=80 watts, 10m=70 watts.  Since I have this xmtr for sale as part of the HT-37/SX-111/R-48/Astatic DN-HZ station, I wanted to resolve this issue before the sale. 73, Bill, wd0x

I'm forced to offer for sale (as a complete station only) a very, very nice looking and properly working restored 1960's Hallicrafters HT-37 SSB/CW/AM transmitter, SX-111 ham band receiver, R-48 speaker, Astatic DN-HZ desk mic (with new cord & plug), original operators manuals and a Dow-Key HB T/R control box with all necessary interconnect cables. (HT-37 heterodyne oscillator crystals date stamp is 1961).

All cabinets have been professionally refinished (inside & out) with powder-coated grey enamel. HT-37 and SX-111 have been recapped and aligned. Faceplates and knobs are original and in excellent condition. No rust anywhere. All controls and functions work well. About 95 watts CW output on 80/40/20m, less on 15/10m depending on the band segment in use. 15/10 m could use some looking into to get the power up a bit. New matched & neutralized 6146A finals & driver. HT-37 has a brand new power transformer installed. SX-111 has excellent reception and great audio. NOS tubes installed where needed for good performance.
