You can use a piece of heat shrink with the side cut out.

Subject: [Hallicrafters] Needed, T-3 bulb metal shrouds

Hello Group!

Would anyone have available to sell to me the metal dial lamp T-3 style
bulb shroud? Or, know where/who I may purchase some from?

The shroud slips over the bulb and it's designed to direct light to only
one half of the bulb, and blocks light from the other half. Commonly
seen in several vintage Hallicrafters equipment using analog dial and/or
s-meter illumination.

I could use a quantity of up to six bulb shrouds, but I need at least
two for my SX-122A. They can be Hallicrafters OEM, reproduction or
used.

I already have tried both AES and Surplus Sales out of Nebraska.

Thanks!
