Now here's the beef;
My multimeter is a shiece of pit. (think about it...) I need to get a 
decent multimenter.

The radio is playing well, but has a bit of roughness to the audio. 
There may be some bad resistors in there way off value, with this think 
I am GUESSING what the real value is. I may also want to replace 1 or 
more tubes to improve sound quality. Anyone got some helpful 
suggestions- AND A SPARE METER THEY CAN PART WITH which is worthy of 
depending on to trouble shoot a radio?
