Hi Guys
Yep I also saw that last night. I yelled LOOK! My wife  said WHAT??  I 
responded it's a Hallicrafters!!
So?
Well I didn't go any farther.  I wonder what the serial number of that 
one was and if it's still around.

Interesting question.

About five years ago at the Peoria Ill Superfest I bought a bunch of 
old QST magazines. BAD thing to do.
A couple of weeks later I am scanning the articles and advertising 
stuff.

Well I saw this ad for a Sky Traveler S-29 from WWII.  I thought wow I 
would like to have one of those.

So I posted  a message on the internet and found someone that had one.  
It came home and has had some
work done on it and it will play great once again!
