Gentlemen,

There are often very good questions asked here that are answered both on and 
off the list. I am asking you to please post those answers here too. Some of 
you guys are truly brilliant and your solutions are valuable to everyone. So 
please share them with everyone. They may not need the particular answer 
today, but that may not be the case tomorrow!

All posts here are also retained for at least 2.5 years, thirty months, in 
the archives, which can be easily searched. So if it is posted here, it is 
on file there.
