[Hallicrafters] knobs, tubes, caps, oh my!

OK, I have several s-38's here. One, a S38A, has frying egg noise, and 
the volume control does not diminish it. I tried swapping tubes to no 
avail, so I am assuming there is a bad cap in there. Also, it needs 
replacing the electrolytic capacitors, which are going weak. Anyone got 
or can point to a good source of the needed parts?
