Gentlemen, gentlemen, gentlemen, (and other list members):
Can't we at least have witty, sarcastic, intelligent rants and wars? If
the rest of us have to sit through the nonsense, at least make it
interesting and/or amusing.
Or, here's a really new concept; take it offlist! Simply because the
message has Halli in it somewhere doesn't make it topical.
By way of example, the next paragraph will be on topic.
How big an idiot was I to purchase an S120 for my first Halli? Not only
that - I had the unmitigated audacity to think I could actually align
the bugger. Me, the guy who only recently learned (the hard way) that
you have to wait til the tube cools down before taking it out.
Also by way of example, the next paragraph will be off-topic (but I'll
do the american thing and blame it on pack mentality).
If our brave servicepeople over in Iraq are protecting our freedoms and
liberty, why aren't they running missions in D.C., where our freedoms
and liberty are actually being threatened?
Now I shall duck and await further fallout :)
