Right on Bill ....I am going to set up my Hallicrafters recording device and lay and wait till a Mustang or Spitfire goes by again. Sure wish we had a Mosquito or a North Star (Canadian DC-4) at Falcon.....That would be the ultimate Merlin fly-by...Maybe we can talk the CAF into retrofitting thei B-17 with Merlins. (Hi)
Now, if we can get the CAF to reinstall the WW2 radio gear and make it operational.....Wonder if Hallicrafters produced any airborn gear for that era? (gotta keep this subject on Hallicrafters gear, you know)
