[Hallicrafters] SX115 filter capacitor

Newer capacitors are much more tolerant and sturdy than the old 
electrolytics, however, I always like to have that added safety margin.  
I like to have at least 2/3 headroom in voltage.  If it were me, I'd 
stick with the original voltage ratings.
