[Hallicrafters] Cheap Calrad mics

Ahhh, I HAD one of those Calrad microphones in a metallic green, roughly the
color of an Austin-Healey 3000 engine.  I left it at the K6NCG (Treasure
Island Amateur Radio Club) hamshack, when I got transferred down to San
Diego.  If you do a search for K6NCG, and look in "The 60's" you'll see it
pictured at the 6m position... I'm the idiot Novice with the "cans" on, in
front of a very tired AT-1 Heathkit.  That was a great microphone, and
LOOKED cool, too.  Mine however, was not the 'shorty' bullet, rather the
longer one with the neat chrome grill.  That made it work better, you know.
