[Hallicrafters] Help Needed on SX-88

I have a nice looking Hallicrafters SX-88 Receiver. It is a Run 2 Model. It 
does not work. It picks up one local broadcast station on the 9.8-18.3 Band. 
The station is broadcasting around 1200Khz and the
receiver is picking up it up loudest as I tune toward 12Mhz. I have checked 
all the tubes and they
check good. Any ideas on what might be the problem? Also, is there anyone 
that works on these
SX-88s that I might send it to?

I am also still looking for a meter for a HT-32A or B.
