Hi Darryl, et al,
I've been very happy with my HT-32 for abaout 8 yrs now, with weekly
use on the VSB net Sun. at 14.292+-, 3PM ET. I ran a warmup curve on it
abt 5 yrs ago, IIRC after a minute of warmup it was within a 1 kc for 2
hrs. I've also had an HT-37, the RF circuitry is almost identical, the
main difference is the sideband generator, filter in the HT-32, phasing in
the HT-37. The phasing "usually" sounds better, but I've had many
unsolicited reports of "great audio" on the HT-32, using a D-104 (and
other) mics.
I think the HT-32 is much better looking. Paired with the SX-101
series rcvr they make a beautiful station.

Subject: [Hallicrafters] HT series transmitters
Hi Everyone,
Rather than going Drake, I've been on the lookout for a Hallicrafters
transmitter, such as HT-37.
Anyone have any info on which Hallicrafters transmitter is generally the
most stable, and least
headache?
Thanks again for your help,
Darryl
