I'd agree with Bill's assessment unless the seller provides a
rock-solid, money back guarantee that all of the iron is good and that
other than missing tubes and cabinet, everything else (including
correct knobs, meter, etc) is there and in FB shape. Then perhaps $100
- $150 or so. Audio output transformers are a known weak point on
these things after being in service with bad caps. Getting a
replacement if yours goes could cost $50 alone.

It's always a roll of the dice, so without a guarantee I'd be very
reluctant to pay very much for what might amount to a chassis with
missing and bad key parts.
