Yes, you can, but:

 - unless you only have a non-polarized cap, I don't know of a reaston to do
that
 - non polarized electrolytic caps are likely to cause more distortion in audio
applications than normal electrlytics, though in the SX-100 you likely will
never notice it.
 - that cap is likely a cathode bypass cap and is operating at a voltage much
less than 50 volts, so if you look in the manual, find the likely voltage, and
have something that will do, use it instead.
