[Hallicrafters] SX-42 Circuit variations (?)

I'm currently in the process of restoring an SX-42.   Problem is, I'm finding 
significant deviations in the component values and circuit details from those 
shown in the Hallicrafters Service Bulletin (Nov. 1947, 94X242).   I also 
have a Sams Photofact Folder dated 8/48 that agrees with the Hallicrafters 
documentation.   The wiring in the set appears to be unmodified, factory original 
and is in excellent condition.   

Would appear I have an earlier/later model than that described in the data I 
have.   Anyone know more?
