I agree with Roy, it's definitely the 'Bumble Bee' version of the molded
Black Beauty (Of Death) paper cap - which is worth replacing sooner
rather than later. Moisture gets into the paper over years, and they
fail, sometimes catastrophically, taking other (expensive) parts with them.

The colors (on my -ViewSonic 21- monitor) look like Red-Red-Yellow,
though, which would be .022uF!

If you can, it's probably worth trying to measure it after it's out of
the circuit - and check it against the schematic and parts list for your
radio, before replacing with a (potentially) wrong value.

Looking at the parts lists I've collected here (from BAMA and
elsewhere), there are 16 caps .02 +40-15% 400V, and no .033's at all.
Check your particular model's mods/service notes before jumping!

Not always easy to tell from differences in solder workmanship, but it
could also have been a substitute by a previous repairer. Depending on
the particular part of the circuit, some variation in 'field-expedient'
replacements have been known to work just fine. Enjoy it, and let us
know how it goes!

All else aside, RF to the other fellow's antenna is what counts.
