[Hallicrafters] Knob Flange...

Hi all...

I am in need of the metal flange that goes beneath the plate tune knob 
(steering wheel) on a BC-6510e.  It's the flange that the lock secures 
to prevent disturbing the setting.  I have one on there, but it's been 
buffed clean of all original markings by a previous owner.  Any help in 
locating one or advice on how to get the dial graduations back on there 
will be greatly appreciated.
