I have just telephoned owner Alan Waller, K3TKJ and copied him on this post
and all others relating to it.
Al is very specific about such accusations etc. The legal issues leave him
no alternatives.
I understand the concern, I share it. But the facts are missing and if any
information shows up here that results in litigation of QTH.NET, whomever
posts it will be in Court too. Gentlemen, let's not let suppositions cloud
our better judgement. Whether the accused Ham is guilty or not, none of us
have any right to place Al Waller in harms way because of our speculation.
None of us need those kind of problems and it does absolutely nothing to
help the elderly man who "might" have been victimized.
I am 'not' excusing anyone for anything, but without solid facts this post
will create problems, not resolve them.
If you have evidence to support your accusations John King, then contact the
proper authorities and get a legal investigation started. However, to do
this, you must FIRST get the permission of the person who's rights were
violated. He must be the one to sign the complaint.
