Bill Howard, you have this all mixed up.

Bill in NJ is advertising a bridge he does not own. You are trying to sell 
bridges you do not own. Gary Brown is way too cheap to pay for a bridge, he 
just wants one nearby that he can jump off and get a free bath so he can 
save on his water bill! (LOL!) Before long he will be rewinding suspension 
bridge cables. Now there is a challenge! OOPS! He can't get any practice on 
the bridges you are trying to sell Bill Howard, as where you lurk in Florida 
those bridges are wood. Rotted wood! Under the bridges there no Trolls, just 
hungry Alligators. He who dives off one of those bridges won't need to worry 
about his water bill, just making sure the True Greed guy shows up at his 
cemetary plot to spray to keep the hungry worms off the coffin! Mr. Howard, 
you are one crafty real estate dealer!
