[Hallicrafters] HT 40 follow-up

I discovered the HT 40 CHIRPS. Suspected voltage SAG
on keydown....guess what.... 550vdc. key up and 333
vdc on key down in CW position and in AM position, 550
vdc key up and 430 vdc ley down.

I suspect bad electrolytics in the voltage power
supply. I also seem to hear some HUM on the signal,
but could be overload or some type of intermod in the
HQ 150 I am monitoring with.

I will change the two 40 mfd @ 350 vdc caps and give
that a try. Suggestions always appreciated. 73, John, K5PGW
