The thing about the Ryder's manuals is that the
information for all sorts of consumer radios is
available in addition to a lot of the amateur radio
receivers of the period into the 1950s.

I do have a full set of the Ryder's manuals including
the Cunningham first volume (this was a special
edition that was furnished to Cunningham tube
dealers). However, it is often easier to go to the
on-line site than it is to go through the various
index volumes that are part of the Ryder's collection
to find in just which of the 23 volumes the receiver
is located.

One thing about Volume I is that there are several
flying spot and disc type television sets included.
People don't believe that there were quite a few
television stations on the air during the 1920s. It
is just that they were using a completely different
system.
