Todd,
If you want to do a little "detective work", it is interesting to see his 
purchases (using the buyer ID provided earlier) show up later on his "for 
sale" listing (using the seller ID provided earlier).  He also appears from 
time to time using his Gxxx/W4 callsign.

Oh well, he is the one that has to look in the mirror every morning.

There's a problem here, too - he's been known to use not only the
photos but also the listings of others. Sure, most of his stuff has a
red drape behind it, but some does not. And how hard is it to use
Microsoft Paint to fill in the background with red?

As Charlie pointed out, there seems to be nothing beneath him. If you
have a history or reputation restoring gear, he'll appropriate that,
too. True or not, isn't the issue. Getting that next sale is.

If it's not a face-to-face deal where you can see and test the radio,
you're rolling the dice with this seller. Just because he hasn't
gotten you yet doesn't mean he won't.
