I forgot to mention in my previous post that some of the silver micas found  
inside the IF or AVC transformers are NOT shown on the schematic ,they were  
however installed at the factory at time of manufacture ,and are not repair  
jobs!! e.g the 3rd IF transformer on the SX28A has two silver micas in parallel  
with each trimmer.So beware the AVC cap is probably factory installed 
,removing  it could seriously affect the resonant frequency of tthe transformer.
