[Hallicrafters] SR-400A: no output

Hello,

I've been working on an SR-400A for over a year now (on and off) that
seems to work ok on receive, produces 200W out on 20, 100W on 15, and
less than 1W on 80, 40, and 10.

I have tried realigning the driver coils but that didn't help.
Signal input to the driver, V18, seems to be ok (4V on 20,
2V on 80). It would appear that the problem is with V18's
output circuitry, but my feeble mind hasn't been able to
discover the cause.

Can anyone give me some advice on what to look for?
