I found a missing piece of the puzzle. I knew Kelly wasn't actually the sellers name, but couldn't remember what it was. I dug back and found out the following: 

The sellers name isn't actually Kelly Naccarato, (an ex-girlfriend whose name he was using), it is Michael Mclaughlin. Apparently Mike is using his sisters name for his current account, although I haven't verified this yet.

Just thought you should know the WHOLE story, now that I found it! I think my effort shall not be in vein! 

If you know ANYBODY that is bidding on any of this sellers items, PLEASE WARN THEM!!! I have his address, two phone numbers, and his current ebay email address if anyone needs it for good reason!
