Joe knows what something is worth and usually will not
go over that amount.  He has "lost" a number of
auctions when the amount went over his target amount.

Several years ago I restored a Collins 75A1 receiver
for him.  Frankly, I didn't recognize who he was (I am
not an "Eagles" fan).  I should have realized
something since the address was Studio City,
California.  It wasn't until I was getting things
ready for my CPA to do my taxes that I realized who
had owned the receiver.  My wife wasn't really aware
of who he is but all 3 of my daughters definitely
knew!
