May I suggest you get an R-392. They are waterproof. Really.  Just put a big
block of ice on top of the thing and run it with the case nicely buttoned up.
Or arrange a light spray of water on it with a fan to blow the dry air to make
the equivalent of a waterfall cooling unit that I know has been used in your
area.
